The Benefactor is an adjudicator that the party met after arriving in Calidor. He purchased the storm hydra skin for a very high price and paid for Joanna’s restoration before asking the party for assistance with a political matter.

While the party travelled to Sindolyn and fought with a pair of giants, the Benefactor used his voice to Stop all combat. When one giant fled, it died to some plants that were presumably controlled by him.
